SWIC Library eBooks

Through our webpages and the online catalog, SWIC Library offers access to eBooks in various subjects, including Culinary Arts.

  CREDO Reference is a collection of online versions of reference books; encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc., many dedicated to specific subjects.  Searching there is much like searching our online databases, searching keywords, subjects, titles, authors or even the full text of the eBook.  Credo Reference offers many of the same tools available in other databases, like the ability to print, download (save), or email full text articles as well as a citation tool.  Here are a couple of lists of culinary related reference works in Credo Reference:
